Pattan, Jan 10 (KNO): Doctors Association Kashmir (DAK) president was among the ten doctors who were found absent from their duties in Trauma Hospital in North Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Saturday. An order issued by District Commissioner (DC) Baramulla under number DCB/PS/9183-86, dated 09-01-2021 reads that as informed by Sub Division Magistrate Pattan Vide his letter number SDM/PS/2020-2/ 3545- 49 dated 19/01/2021 the following doctors and para medical Staff have been found unauthorizedly from their duties. According to the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), the employees as per an order include President of one of the factions of Doctors Association Kashmir Dr Suhail Nayak, Dr Asim Rather (USG) Dr Zeeza (Dentist) , Dr Mehmooda (Dentist) , Dr Arshid Hussain (Physician), Showkat Ahamd Khanday (NRHM) , ishpal Singh (NRHM) , Hafeeza (BPHM) , Mubashir Ahmad STI Councilor (RNTCP) and Gulzar Ahamd (RNTCP). “You are hereby directed to seek an explanation from the concerned staff as to why disciplinary action shall not be taken against them for dereliction from the official duties. The reply along with your comments shall reach to this office within two days failing which it shall be presumed that they have to say nothing in their defence and the action warranted under law shall follow,” the order reads—(KNO)
