Srinagar, Feb 07 (KNO): The Sadbhavna Movement to evacuate needy passengers from Kargil to Srinagar was successfully carried out on Saturday at the Srinagar International Airport. This humanitarian operation, as per the details obtained by the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), was executed through seamless coordination between the Airports Authority of India (AAI), Indian Air Force (IAF), Government of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir and the Government of the Union Territory of Ladakh. Officials said the collective effort ensured the safe, dignified and timely movement of passengers, reaffirming the shared commitment to service, solidarity and connectivity amid challenging winter conditions. Sharing details on X (formerly Twitter), the AAI wrote: The Sadbhavna Movement to evacuate needy passengers from Kargil to Srinagar was successfully carried out today at Srinagar Airport.
