Srinagar, Mar 25 (KNO): Mohammad Haneef, a former footballer from Jammu and Kashmir, has achieved a significant milestone in his coaching career by successfully completing the AFC B License coaching course.
Haneef, who has transitioned from being a prominent player for J&K and J&K Bank FC to a dedicated coach, stands out as the sole participant from North India to clear this rigorous course.
According to the details available with the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), he has been dedicated to nurture young talent and has made strides in the football coaching circles of J&K.
Despite hanging up his boots a few years ago, he continues to leave a mark in the football community through his coaching endeavors.
“I have successfully cleared Module 1 of the B License training in Kolkata and Module 2 in Gujarat. It has been an enriching learning experience for me, and I am grateful for the opportunity to enhance my skills and knowledge in this field,” he said.
“I am excited to apply the learnings from these modules in my work and contribute effectively to benefit the players of my state and outside also.”
