CEO Kupwara asks HoIs, Principals to organize enrollment drives | KNO

Srinagar, Dec 05 (KNO): In order to increase the enrolment in public schools, the Chief Education Officer (CEO) of frontier district Kupwara has asked the educational heads of government schools to organize enrollment drives ahead of the new academic session. The CEO in a communiqué has said, “As the new academic session is about to begin, it is imperative to start the enrollment drive and campaign for the new session in all the government institutions of the Kupwara district.” As per the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), it said that there shall be an active participation of the teachers and schools heads involving all functionaries of the School Education Department (SED) at district level. “As such, it is impressed upon all the Cluster Heads (Principals), Zonal Education Officers (ZEOs) and headmasters of the district Kupwara to take up this assignment in a mission mode for attracting maximum enrollment in the government schools by December-16-2024,” it reads. The CEO said that the details of the new enrollment should be communicated by the HoIs with the Samagra section of district office—(KNO)
