We must build a just world in which humanity upholds the moral integrity for equality and fairness. We must build a world free of all discrimination and biases. We must build a world in which humanity lives in harmony with nature. And, I strongly believe Buddha's teachings will provide humanity a roadmap in this direction," the Lieutenant Governor said.
