Lal Chowk traders laud SP East for swift resolution of business concerns | KNO

Srinagar, Jun 12 (KNO): The Traders Association, Lal Chowk on Friday expressed gratitude to the Superintendent of Police (East), Srinagar, Neha Jain (IPS) for her prompt intervention and positive action in addressing issues concerning shopkeepers and traders operating in the Lal Chowk area. The Association said the timely steps taken by SP East helped resolve key concerns of the business community and contributed to a smoother and more conducive environment for traders, customers and the general public. In a statement issued to the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), a spokesperson of the Association said the Traders Association, Lal Chowk, expressed its sincere appreciation and gratitude to the Superintendent of Police (East), Srinagar, Neha Jain (IPS), for her prompt intervention and effective action in addressing the concerns of shopkeepers and traders operating in the Lal Chowk area. He said the Association acknowledged the efforts made by SP East in resolving issues affecting the business community and ensuring a better environment for traders, customers and the general public. “Her responsive approach and commitment towards public welfare have been highly appreciated by the entire trading fraternity of Lal Chowk,” the spokesperson said. The traders said such timely action not only improves market functioning but also strengthens the confidence of the business community in the administration and law enforcement agencies.
