Mushtaq Ahmed Zargar, the Al-Umar Mujhadeen Chief told news agency CNS over phone was Talha was an asset and a valiant militant who was eager to see Kashmir as a free nation. “Our heartfelt sympathies are with the family of Pir Sahab Azhar Masood.
