All Parties Hurriyat Conference, while hailing the statement of Turkish President Tayeb Erdogan, has said that thousands of miles away, facing the domestic turbulence, Turkish Premier could not help himself to remain unconcerned by the blood bath here in Kashmir. Hurriyat said that we appreciate his statement showing sympathy and solidarity with the pain and agony of the suffering masses here in valley. Hurriyat said that this is a befitting reply and a slap on the face of the so-called rulers of this region, who brazenly support the killers of innocents and the indiscriminate and ruthless killing spree for decades particularly for the last 4 months has not even shacked them to minimum. Hurriyat however, said that only statements can’t sooth our age old wounds of oppression. Our long and painful walk to freedom demands and deserved more practical and concrete steps from every freedom loving nation especially the collective forum of Muslim countries—so that there is an end to our sufferings and we are allowed to live an honorable and peaceful life. Hurriyat said that India’s unabated repression and brutality has its imprints through length and breadth of the region and we as a nation have fought to our maximum to free ourselves, but we are still not able to achieve our goal of freedom. Hurriyat said that the main hindrance and bottle neck is the India’s reluctance and arrogance of power on one hand and the dirty and mean role of local turncoats at the other hand. Hurriyat said that India’s brute occupation supported by local henchmen is augmented and encouraged by the criminal silence of Muslim countries. Hurriyat said that in these grim and tiring scenario, any favorable voice from anywhere acts as a soother which cements our resolve and commitment to continue fighting for our long cherished goal of freedom.
