Srinagar, Dec 21 (KNO): The Jammu and Kashmir government has granted administrative approval for the construction of a Primary Health Centre (PHC) at Kullan in Ganderbal, under the Union Territory’s Capex Budget. The Phase-I project, which focuses on the balance and repair work of the facility, has been allocated Rs 4.82 crore.
According to the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), the approval, issued under Rule 144 of the General Financial Rules (GFR) 2017, mandates adherence to technical specifications and codal formalities. The project is required to be completed by March 2028, subject to the availability of funds.
