Kulgam civilian killing sparks Candle Light Protest Held in kuloosa Bandipore | KNO

Bandipore, October 24 (KNO) : Dozens of youth who held a candle light protest in kuloosa outskirts of Bandipore in North kashmir’s Wednesday evening. Reaching (KNO) that just after Maghrib prayers were over, youth including children and elderly, assembled outside Jami at kuloosa outskirts of Bandipora and held a candle March protest demonstration against civilian killings in kulgam area of south kashmir during an encounter in which 8 civilians were killed after a explosive device went off near the encounter site in kulgam kashmir. Danish Nabi a young man who took part in the rally, said that the gathering was meant to remind people of how government forces were killing innocent people in Kashmir with impunity. The protesters carrying placards and chanted pro freedom slogans.The candlelight protest was organised by local youths.(KNO)
