Teenager drowns in Ganderbal power canal, rescue ops launched | KNO

Ganderbal, Apr 04 (KNO): A teenager drowned in power canal in Haknar Gund area of central Kashmir's Ganderbal district on Friday morning, officials said. An official told news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that soon after the incident, a massive rescue operation was launched by police, locals, and the SDRF. He said that the search and rescue operation is underway to retrieve the drowned teenager. He has been identified as Junaid Ahmad Khan (18) son of Abdul Wahid Khan of Haknar Fraw—(KNO)
