Infiltration bid foiled on Rajouri LoC | KNO

Rajouri, July 01 (KNO): Security forces foiled an infiltration bid of a heavily armed group of militants on the Line of Control in Rajouri, officials said Wednesday. Official sources told news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), that an infiltration bid of heavily armed militant groups was noticed on Line of Control in Keri area near Rajouri. " The infiltrators were noticed well at the time of their infiltration and their attempt was foiled as fire-fight also took place in the area," said defence sources. “Since there was an exchange of firing, a possibility that the infiltrators may have got killed. But that’s not confirmed yet.” Official confirmation from the army is awaited—(KNO)
