Nocturnal CASO launched in Sopore village | KNO

Sopore, February 14 (KNO) : Government forces launched massive search operation in Edipora village of Sopore in North Kashmir Baramulla district on Sunday. Official sources told KNO that a joint team of army's 22 RR, Special Operation Group of Police (SOG) Sopore, QRT Baramulla, 177 BN and 177 BN CRPF launched a cordon-and-search operation at Bomai village of Sopore. Officials sources told KNO that operation was launched while following credible inputs about the presence of militants in the area.So far there was no report of any contact between the militants and the forces officials added.(KNO)
