Srinagar September 22: (KNO) : Expressing disappointment over the Delhi's decesion of calling of foreign minister level talks, Pakistan Prime minister Imran Khan wrote a sarcastic tweet saying,
"Disappointed at the arrogant & negative response by India to my call for resumption of the peace dialogue. " "However, all my life I have come across small men occupying big offices who do not have the vision to see the larger picture,"
Khan further wrote. Delhi called off the talks citing stamps issued by Pakistan displaying pictures of Hizbul Mujahideen commander Burhan Wani and killing of three cops by militants in Shopian district.
