Srinagar, April 30 (KNO) : Handwara police inaugurated T20 cricket tournament in Langate area of Handwara. In order to hone the sporting skills of youth, Handwara police inaugurated T20 cricket tournament on the directions of SSP Handwara Shri Ghulam Jeelani Wani.
16 teams from various parts of the Handwara are participating in the event. DO Langate SI Jan Mohammad was present in the inaugural match which was played between LCC Langate and Red Backs Langate. The endeavour of police is to provide platform for talented youth and give them opportunity to nurture their talent so that they can fancy their chances at the National and International arenas.
