With these promotions, the department will be better equipped to deliver efficient public services and meet developmental targets without delays. On behalf of the entire civil engineering fraternity, JKCEGA places on record its sincere gratitude & appreciation to Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah, for taking a personal interest in resolving this long-pending issue, Minister for Jal Shakti Department, Javed Ahmad Rana, for his consistent support and advocacy in the cabinet for approving the relaxation in qualifying services , and Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary) Jal Shakti Department, Shaheen Kabra, for ensuring smooth procedural clearances and follow up in issuance of a cabinet decision for relaxation & subsequent orders. This decision will not only boost the morale of the engineering workforce but will also inspire confidence among officers who are tirelessly working to uplift infrastructure and public utilities across the Union Territory. JKCEGA remains committed to supporting the government in its vision of a progressive, well-managed, and efficient public works infrastructure and assures full cooperation in implementing development agendas on ground, the statement added—(KNO)
