DSEK asks CEOs to ensure maximum participation for School Innovation Marathon | KNO

Srinagar, Oct 04 (KNO): Directorate of School Education Kashmir (DSEK) has asked CEOs of the region to put efforts in increasing the number of registrations for School Innovation Marathon. In this regard, DSEK said that it had discussed the matter earlier with the concerned officials. According to the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), Joint Director of the School Education Department said that he was asked to request for the maximum participation in the School Innovation Marathon. “I am directed to request CEOs to direct all concerned to put in every effort to increase the number of registrations for the School Innovation Marathon for which the last date is 30th of November-2024,” it reads. Stating the steps for immediately achievement of the targets, SED asked the CEOs to conduct online session for the orientation of teachers at Cluster, Zonal and District levels involving the services of ATL incharge teachers of the respective district. The CEOs have also been asked to coordinate with ‘Pi Jam Foundation team and seek support wherever, required. “Involve teachers from ATL and Non- ATL schools to get the teachers, students, ideas registered and submitted on the given portal,” reads the directives. SED further asked CEOs of Kashmir region to ensure maximum participation from all schools. “DNOs from districts to remain in close liaison with divisional nodal officer as the team from AIM, UNICEF and Pijam will take review sessions for the orientation of teachers and it should be ensured that all teachers participate in online session,” it reads—(KNO)
