Bandipora-Soura bus service to begin Monday after MLA Nizamuddin Bhat’s push in assembly | KNO

Bandipora, Mar 22: In a significant development, the Jammu and Kashmir government on Saturday conducted a trial run of bus service from Bandipora to SKIMS Soura after MLA Bandipora Nizamuddin Bhat raised the issued the legislative assembly last week. Officials said that the trial run of bus service was conducted today from Bandipora to SKIMS Soura by the Jammu and Kashmir Road Transport Corporation (JKRTC). They said bus service will be fully function from Monday, bringing much needed relief to patients and attendants. MLA Bandipora Nizamuddin Bhat raised the issue in the legislative assembly last week, urging the government to start bus service from Bandipora to SKIMS Soura for the ease and convenience of patients and attendants. Meanwhile, locals expressed gratitude to MLA Bandipora Nizamuddin Bhat and Omar Abdullah-led government for conceding the long-pending demand.
