Rajouri, Poonch facing power blackout | KNO

Rajouri, July 04 (KNO) : Twin border districts of Rajouri and Poonch are facing power blackout since Thursday afternoon affecting normal life badly. Locals from twin districts complained to Kashmir News Observer (KNO) their power supply has been completely snapped from Thursday after facing erratic power cuts from past few days. The power lines were not restored when last reports poured in. Officers of power development department told KNO that initially power remained snapped due to problem in Barn grid station and now there was a fault at Dhangri village of Rajouri as a tree has fallen on wires. "But our efforts are on to restore the power but it can take several hours,"the official told KNO. (KNO)
