Published 340 weeks ago on September 15, 2017 By KashmirNewsObserver The report suggests that 28-year-old Zeenat-ul-Islam, one of the militants who surfaced in the Recent list of most wanted militants in Kashmir prepared by Indian Army as an A++ Category Militant is most likely to be made the LeT commander in Kashmir. Zeenat is resident of Sugan Zanipura in south Kashmir’s Shopian area. Zeenat was once arrested after 2008 uprising after which he confessed to being an over ground worker (OGW). After being released after 4 years, he joined Lashkar e Taiba. Zeenat one of the most wanted militant among being Zakir Musa, Riyaz Naikoo, Saddam Padder is considered one of the main accused in the Shopian attack in February that left three soldiers dead.
