Centre to constitute expert group to assess situation in Jammu and Kashmir : Rajnath | KNO

Asserting that the contributions of border residents, who are standing tall against ceasefire violations by the Pakistan cannot be ignored, Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh today said that the Centre will soon constitute an expert group to assess the grievances and situation along the borders in Jammu and Kashmir.

Pakistan is not showing interest in improving relations with India, Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh today said, pointing to the regular violation of ceasefire by the neighbour in Jammu and Kashmir.
“Pakistan is regularly resorting to ceasefire violations and because of this, I feel Pakistan is not showing interest in improving relations with India,” Singh told a press conference here.
The minister is on a four-day visit to Jammu and Kashmir since September 9.

“Our Army and BSF troops are giving a befitting reply. We will create such conditions that they (Pakistan) will be forced to stop ceasefire violation today or tomorrow,” the minister said.
